We accept applications throughout the year, but strongly encourage you to apply as early as possible before the start of the semester in which you intend to begin.
You do not need to send us your CUNY transcripts. However, we will need you to submit official sealed college transcripts or official electronic transcripts in the following instances:
- If you submitted your non-CUNY transcripts directly to one of the CUNY colleges
- If you applied to CUNY and submitted your non-CUNY transcript(s) to the UAPC while you had coursework in progress (even if you already submitted a finalized copy to one of the CUNY colleges.)
Applicants may elect to submit student copies of their non-CUNY transcripts while arranging for the submission of official versions to speed application review.
Letters of Recommendation:
We do not require letters of recommendation. However, if you believe that it is important or necessary (e.g., if your GPA is close to the 2.8 minimum), your professor can email a letter to us from their “.edu” email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
