The TEDxCUNY conference is coming soon, and they are looking for volunteers. You can learn more about TEDxCUNY here
Please complete this form by February 14th at 11:59 PM to apply to volunteer on the day of the conference, April 17, 2026.
TEDxCUNY is looking to take on a team of ~25 volunteers to help with the run of show tasks, such as:
- checking in attendees,
- distributing gift bags,
- guiding guests to workshop entrances,
- taking photos,
- and other such tasks on the day of the conference.
Before applying, please note that you must be available for the volunteer orientation and the entire conference, which is an all-day event. Volunteers are also expected to be present at least 2 campus pop-ups, venue walkthroughs, and SWAG Packing Day. The final timeline will be shared with all selected volunteers.
TEDxCUNY CONFERENCE Important Dates and Times:
Volunteer Orientation: Saturday, February 28, 2026 – 3 PM at Macaulay Honors College
Walkthrough of Venue: TBD, April 2026 – 1:30 PM at John Jay College
SWAG Packing Day: Wednesday, April 15, 2026 – John Jay College
Conference Day: Friday, April 17, 2026 – 7:30 AM to 6 PM at John Jay College
If selected for an interview, you will get an email with a link to schedule a virtual interview slot. Interviews will be held on a rolling basis.
