Group Mentoring with CUNY BA Alumna Ladyane Lima
Corporate Career Theme Mentoring
CUNY BA is piloting a group mentoring program in which there will be an alumni mentor and up to 8 current CUNY BA students with the common theme “Corporate Career”.
In this group, students will learn the steps to launch their corporate career, including a summer internship timeline and creating an action plan. The group’s goal will be supported by alumna Ladyane Lima, who will facilitate resume feedback, mock interviews, networking skills, and other activities in a group setting.
Ladyane Lima graduated from CUNY BA in 2012 with an Area of Concentration (AoC) in Economics and Policy, as well as Latin American Studies. Ladyane has over a decade of experience on Wall Street, where she navigated the challenges of being a minority woman in finance, securing leadership roles, and carving a path of professional success.
