Your Future with CUNY BA

CUNY Baccalaureate has graduated over 8,000 students since 1971. Most work — often as leaders — in fields related to their areas of concentration; many go on to graduate study.

CUNY BA students cultivate the intellectual independence, interdisciplinary insight, and practical skills needed to thrive in today’s complex world. By designing their own concentrations, they learn to connect ideas across fields, tackle problems from multiple vantage points, and translate their passions into purposeful study.

Graduates of the program leave with a strong sense of direction and ownership over their education. Many go on to careers or graduate study closely aligned with the unique academic pathways they created, carrying forward the confidence and adaptability that define the CUNY BA experience.
