CUNY Baccalaureate maintains the official undergraduate academic record for its students; accordingly, the transcript should be ordered through our office.

Please note that requests will not be filled if there are any holds on your record. Be sure to clear holds prior to requesting a transcript.

CUNY Baccalaureate provides a service that allows students to request transcripts online. If you are a current or former CUNY BA student with a CUNYfirst account, click here to get started. If you are a former CUNY BA student without a CUNYfirst account, click here to get started. Electronic and paper hard-copy transcripts are available. Transcripts can be requested 24/7. Once received, transcript requests are processed in 3-5 business days. There is a fee for each transcript, except for those being sent to another CUNY college, which are sent at no charge.

Most graduate schools require you to submit not only your CUNY Baccalaureate transcript, which shows that you earned a degree, but also original transcripts from every CUNY and non-CUNY college you attended prior to attending CUNY BA, even when those credits are reflected on the CUNY Baccalaureate transcript. Students are expected to find out exactly what documents graduate schools to which they are applying require for admission.

If your employer only needs to verify your graduation date and degree, they may email the CUNY Baccalaureate Registrar’s office at
