CUNY BA Alumni Privileges
CUNY Baccalaureate alumni are entitled to an alumni card, which (in conjunction with a valid photo ID card) grants them access to The Graduate Center and in-person access to the Mina Rees Library (only Graduate Center students are given borrowing privileges and remote access to the databases).
If you would like to receive a card, please contact general@cunyba.cuny.edu. In that email, provide your full name, mailing address, and phone number. Cards are mailed out or can be picked up from the office within 3 to 5 business days from the request.
CUNY Baccalaureate graduates are eligible to have alumni privileges at their home college by obtaining a new alumni photo ID card directly from their home college.
If you don’t have a CUNY account or EMPLID, please create one on CUNYfirst and keep your contact information updated.
