The Dina Arjani Scholarship for Students Planning Careers in Teaching/Education

This scholarship, made possible by CUNY BA alumna Kayhan Irani and her family in memory of Ms. Irani’s grandmother, is for CUNY Baccalaureate students preparing for careers as teachers.

This scholarship is made possible by CUNY BA alumna Kayhan Irani and her family in memory of Ms. Irani’s grandmother. It is for CUNY Baccalaureate students preparing for careers as teachers. Students planning traditional classroom teaching careers will be considered first, but students planning nontraditional careers in teaching or education are also encouraged to apply. U.S. citizen status is not an eligibility criterion. Applicants may be part- or full-time students. Overall GPA must be 2.8 or higher. One scholarship of at least $1000 will be awarded during. This is a one-time award; previous recipients may not re-apply.
