The Hearst Opportunities Fund
This fund is made possible through the generosity of the William Randolph Hearst Foundation to help retain students who otherwise may not have enough financial support for tuition, and to enhance students’ experiences by supporting projects and other academic pursuits. The Hearst Opportunities Fund will offer financial support to CUNY BA students to help defray the cost of tuition and for a variety of academic undertakings such as study abroad, independent projects, attendance at conferences, and other pertinent activities. Applications will be accepted and evaluated as they are received and the funding will typically not exceed $1,000 in total per student. (Rolling deadline)
