Stefanie Wess (she/they) is a Ph.D. Candidate in English at the Graduate Center, CUNY, and her research focuses on reading practices and pedagogies. Before coming to the Graduate Center, she taught pre-college English for Queensborough Community College's CUNY Start program, which is where she developed her interest in literacies. She currently teaches composition at Hunter College. For CUNY BA, Stefanie will work on recruitment and admissions, coaching prospective students and helping to train student ambassadors.
